Auntie Andrea and Uncle Stephen gave Larson tickets to Gabba Gabba Live for his birthday.  Not only was it his first live show, it was his first big outing without Mama or Dada or a grandparent.  We were a little worried that he’d balk when the time came, but no.  He was fine.

Last Friday was Halloween.  Larry and I were He-Man and She-Ra.  Thank goodness for screen printed tee shirts.

The boys reprised their roles as LandShark and Dash.

On Saturday a couple of friends and I drove out to the Big E Fairgrounds in Springfield, for the New England Fiber Festival.  It was our first time, and now that we’ve been to the Mass Sheep and Wool Festival, Rhinebeck, and Stitches (albeit all in different years) I think we can safely say that this one is our favorite.  Huge variety of vendors, not too crowded – and indoors.  It was low 40’s and rainy, but we were perfectly comfortable all day.

I bought a few things.

Then on Sunday it snowed.

And today it’s 62.  It’s windy and gray, but it’s 62.

I’ll take it.
