We’ve been on a bit of a home-made binge; it’s that time of year.

We turned five pounds of tomatoes into two and a half pints of tomato jam.

Then on Sunday I tried a recipe I found on Pinterest:  bacon-and-egg cups.

Anytime 5 minutes of prep and 30 minutes of baking turns into deliciousness in increments of 100 calories, I’m sold.
