We used the tail end of last week’s CSA box on Monday night, in a grilled-veggie wrap.

That’s lettuce, kohlrabi, bell peppers (non-CSA), scallions, and radishes – all tossed in canola oil, and grilled for somewhere between 2 minutes (lettuce) and 10 (kohlrabi).  A little salt, a little pepper, and a slice of cheese in Alistair’s, couldn’t be simpler.

This week’s box included more of the same, with the addition of some Swiss chard.  We used that immediately, sauteeing it with shallots and topping it with a fried egg.

It’s a holiday weekend with a wonderful forecast, so I expect we’ll grill the rest of the bounty in the next few days.
