We took a ride up to Rockport again on Saturday.

There’s not much the little guy likes more than poking about in the tidepools these days.

The big guy likes it, too.

It’s kind of funny; he hates the beach, but likes the shore.

Go figure.

As for myself, I just like being outside, all the more so when I’m outside near the water, so it’s a win for the whole family.

Even if I can’t keep up with them the way I used to.

Had a bit of a scare later in the day on Saturday that landed me in the ER for a bit, but the baby’s fine and I’m fine and all’s well that ends well for the most part.  Nothing to worry about, just a little something to keep an eye on for the next little while, that’s all.

Besides, it gave me an excuse to sit around and do precious little but knit on Sunday afternoon.  My sock mojo is returning, hooray!  Look for a project photo or two tomorrow.

I have a big week ahead:  big ultrasound on Wednesday, and the long weekend, woohoo!  That I’ll kick off early Saturday morning with a girls’ day out at the Massachusetts Sheep and Woolcraft Fair (or, as we like to call it, “woolfest”).
